76 Willis – Hospitality Central

Our latest offering, housed in what used to be Press Hall, home of the Evening Post and Dominion newspapers, a wonderful New York-loft feel and ambience.

We have the first and second floors due an ever-increasing demand from local businesses looking to exit their leases or bring their teams in from the isolation of working-from-home. We’ve retained the old-building charm, though, and introduced a modern open-plan fitout into the space.

It’s a surprisingly well-lit site, too, with plenty of windows allowing for natural light, vastly superior to the sterility of neons. The combination of original brick and urbane fitout of the kitchen and break-out spaces creates a genuine warmth, making for a very pleasant working environment.

And, to save you a bit of legwork, there’s a kitchen and breakout space on both floors.

The boardrooms come equipped with all your audio-visual requirements so that, along with four meeting rooms and three jump-in rooms, you’ll always have somewhere to accommodate those power meetings:)

And if you have a few cyclists in your team who commute, not a problem, showers are on-site.

With a premium food-hall on one side and the Malthouse literally downstairs, it really is Hospitality Central. If this is where you want to do business, we can make it happen. After all, your business is our business.
